Position : Sales Manager

Job description

 Overseeing and organizing the sales team

 Managing and developing the business plans to achieve the planned goals and coordinate

with marketing department to create sales opportunities

 Monitoring the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales targets, setting individual sales targets, and promote the continuous training of sales personnel

Qualifications

 Male/Female (Thai/Foreign)

 Age 30 years and above

 Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

 Have experience in real estate sales and leadership roles

 Good command of English (Both spoken and written)

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

 Able to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration

 Able to drive a car and a valid driver license

 Able to work at Pattaya, Chonburi
