TECHNICIAN JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Responsibilities:

● Cleaning and maintaining air conditioners

● Painting walls and ceilings 

● Basic electrical repairs (e.g., sockets, lights)

● Minor plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing toilets, replacing water heaters, faucets, repairing sink leaks, replacing hoses)

● Small in-room repairs (e.g., sliding door wheels, door knobs, simple furniture assembly)

● Daily service tasks

● Ensuring equipment is kept clean and in good working condition Skills Required:

● Previous work experience as a technician, especially in air conditioner cleaning

● Minimum English language skill

● Ability to work alone 

● Motorbike driving skills

● Stress management and problem-solving ability

● Technical knowledge for various repairs

Working Hours:

● Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

● Days off on national holidays

Salary:

● 16,000 THB per month

● Social security included
