Royal Residence 1 has 75 units varying in size from 49.5 sq. meters to 300 sq. meters.  There is a size to fit everyone’s needs.  We are located in Ban Amphur on the eastern shore of the Gulf of Thailand, 150 km south of Bangkok and 15 km south of Pattaya.  This puts us on the border of Jomtien and Sattahip.   We are about 200 meters from the sea and the ocean views and sunsets are spectacular. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and in many ways remains a fishing village.  We can see the fishing vessels in the bay at night and in the morning some are resting on the sandy beach as the fishermen repair their nets and work on their boats.  The local restaurants always have fresh seafood and the prices are quite reasonable.
